I recently purchased my Audi Q7 from ARM Autos and my overall experience working with Miko and his staff was nothing short of amazing. Miko was so kind, patient, transparent, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything from the history of the car to the extended warranty options, and worked with me to get the best deal and interest rate. His son took the time to help me figure out some of the features available, and Olga worked past closing to get the financing completed and to get the service contract emailed to me so that I could sign everything electronically at my convenience, which allowed me to pick up the car the next day without having to spend a lot time going through a bunch of paperwork. After I purchased the car I noticed that there was a little piece broken on the lever that opens the hood. I called Miko and he immediately had his mechanic go and purchase a new piece to replace the broken one. No questions asked!

During a conversation, Miko told me that he used to work for larger dealerships, and disliked the way that clients were treated during the purchase process. He said that is why he decided to open his own dealership, and his goal was to provide an honest, personal, and streamlined experience.
